  • No. We do not provide therapy nor claims, legal, or medical advice. We are a warm-line listening service.

  • Yes, we will not share any caller information with people outside the organization. Your contact can even be kept anonymous

  • Yes, we have a direct translation service line.

  • While every caller is different, we frequently navigate through tangible resources like transportation to medical appointments, grocery delivery & food bank services.

    Our target resources are ones that provide a sense of belonging and reintegration into the community to help build and reinforce support systems.

  • While we try to reestablish the caller with support systems to fill this need, we will continue as long as there is consistent progress being made.

  • We will share aggregate data without any personal information attached. All caller disclosures are voluntary, so we may never know true penetration.

  • As an official 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization, all our funding comes from donations, grants, and fundraising.

     

    Funding is used to maintain operations, recruit & train volunteers, and increase awareness of KSF in employees through marketing campaigns. Financial disclosures available on website & GuideStar.
