Kindness in Motion is BACK for 2027!
Join Kind Souls Foundation on 18 July for our annual 5K, bringing communities together to move, connect and make a difference.
Run, walk, roll or move your way. This event is about participation, not pace. Whether you're taking part with colleagues, friends, family or your four-legged companion, everyone is welcome.
We're also looking for enthusiastic individuals and organisations to host local 5K events and help us spread kindness even further.
Every participant, every host and every step helps us continue providing free, confidential emotional support to those navigating life's toughest moments.
