I believe in the power of compassion to transform lives. Owning my own business has always been a dream and building something with a lasting impact—that’s my true purpose. After 20 years in the disability and insurance industry, I felt a calling to bring compassionate support to families facing the challenges of healthcare-related job loss. I set out to create change in an industry I knew needed new solutions and a more compassionate approach.

In 2018, I launched JAG Source, named serendipitously after my business partner’s company, JAG, which also aligned with the initials of my children’s names. From the very beginning, giving back was central to our mission, and I was ready for the journey that would follow. Just two years into JAG, my business partner—my dear friend and inspiration—bravely faced a seven-year battle with breast cancer. Watching her family search for support during this journey was both heart-wrenching and eye-opening. She was a true "kind soul" who uplifted those around her, and I was inspired to honor her spirit.

With that purpose, I created Kind Souls Foundation.

Through Kind Souls, we offer a warm line service that provides empathetic support to families and individuals affected by job-displacing injuries or illnesses. Within the workers' compensation and disability system, I know that injured workers and their families often feel isolated and discouraged, facing emotional and personal challenges without sufficient support. Through Kind Souls, we meet each caller where they are, offering guidance, resources, and a compassionate listening ear to help them overcome barriers and adjust to new life circumstances.

At Kind Souls Foundation, my goal is to create a compassionate support system where every family has a place to turn in times of hardship. Whether it’s a meaningful conversation, connecting someone to local resources, or helping them reframe their outlook, I believe in empowering people to take charge of their journey with dignity and hope.

Every time we connect with a caller, I feel grateful to witness firsthand how compassion can transform lives. At a time when the world is embracing emotional well-being, I’m proud that Kind Souls Foundation is bridging a critical gap in the workers' compensation ecosystem. We’re building a compassionate future where no one faces hardship alone. With the support of industry leaders, ambassadors, our dedicated team, and, most importantly, our callers, we are creating a lasting legacy of kindness.
